L.A. Times Revisits Its 2003 Editorial on the Iraq War

Is this an "Oops! Our bad!" moment? Nearly seven and a half years after the invasion of Iraq, the L.A. Times dusts off its editorial from March 2003, which was optimistic about the move:

As this nation enters war, we trust that the U.S. and British armed forces will be able to take advantage of their vastly superior training and technology to end the conflict soon with minimal casualties.

Ho ho ho. Oops. My favorite comment posted there:

Great editorial, Times! Now I think I'll go throw up.
