Scenes from the Labor Day Weekend: Rainbow

From Sunday, right before that odd thunderstorm-with-two-drops-of-rain. Did you see the rainbow? Or experience the lightning/thunder? The 6-year-old, who hasn't experienced many storms (given our Southern California locale), was not a fan.

Kinda cool that the downpour finally let up right before Christmas Eve, huh? Like everyone else, we got goofy over the rainbow on Wednesday. It's been beautiful here since then. Merry Christmas, everybody!

Crazy L.A. Weather Continues, and the Return of the Rainbow

Crazy weather today -- dark skies, thunder and lightning -- and another rainbow outside our 30th floor window.



I also just got a report of more rainbow spotting in Burbank.

Happening Right Now: L.A.'s Great Rainbow Lands... On Top of the E! Entertainment Building

As the sun finally peers out on Los Angeles, we've got a front-row view of a massive rainbow outside our 30th floor Variety windows.

I gotta laugh, though: The rainbow ends right at the E! Entertainment HQ. Which means either (a) Seacrest and his overflowing pot of cash is taping "E! News Daily" at the moment or (b) The Comcast bosses are in town -- hauling their own wads of conglom cash.
