Spotted in Sunday's L.A. Times. What, pray tell, does "California type" actually mean? And how do you illustrate that on a resume?
Meanwhile, when they say they're looking or someone "outgoing, cheerful and professional," ahem, what do they mean?

I'm pretty sure "California Type" is DL for white & blonde. Which is not surprising given his racis history. Class A jerk, that one.
