Not a lot of movement in the October radio rankings: Top 40 KIIS-FM remains No. 1, even with a slight dip. And while KRTH "K-Earth" is a solid No. 2, rival AC KOST is picking up the slack. Just wait until the holidays, when KOST's all-Christmas format drives it back to No. 1.
In other radio battles, KROQ once again won the alternative music battle over KYSR, while KPCC remains the city's top ranked radio station.
Speaking of KOST, anyone want to venture a guess when the adult contemporary station goes all-Christmas? It's gotta be just a matter of days. Several stations around the country have already gone full-blown holidays.
