In search of something to drink aside from wine on Friday night, I managed to mix up a really tasty cocktail treat.
Here's what you do: fill your shaker with ice, pour some pineapple juice about 2/3 of the way and add 3 oz. of Absolut Mandarin. Give it a few shakes and pour out to chilled martini glasses. Mmmmmm.
Next time I have to sugar coat the rim of the martini glasses.
