The Times explains in a editor's note: "Lila" is a workplace comic, credited to John Forgetta and L.A. Rose. Forgetta and Kathy Dow write the story; Pat Sandy and Linda Santanen do the drawings.
"Sally Forth" was one of those strips, like "Drabble," that probably don't have many rabid fans... but aren't terrible, and at least carry a decent narrative. (Why not get rid of "Momma," for example -- OK, we get it, her kids are lousy. Next.)
Can't say I'm that impressed so far with "The Meaning of Lila":
