According to the L.A. Times,
the median price of a home in L.A. county is $290,000. Perhaps they're including crack dens in the valley, because we'd jump at the chance of buying a home that cheap. Unless it's a crack den. Hmmm... actually, if you know of any good crack dens at $290,000 or less...
