Kidnappers broke into a Woodland Hills' man's house Thursday, kidnapping his wife and daughter, and forcing him to put on the tan hunter's vest, telling him it would explode and his family would be killed if he did not get to the auto dealership where he worked and demand money. They told him a microphone on the vest would pick up his conversations. The man went to the dealership and scribbled a note to a co-worker, who then called police. And the chase was on.
