Surface Streets Are Suddenly Looking Pretty Good
... after the rash of unexplained freeway shootings on the 110 (Harbor) freeway. And not to mention the case yesterday of the 13-pound metal container coupling that crashed through the windshield of a moving van on the 5 freeway. The freak accident killed two of the van's passengers.
