Another Trader Joe's Pick
Our past raves have included the refrigerated pizza dough, the Jalapeno Black Bean chips, the yogurt and dill Papadums chips (avoid the Tandoori flavor) and the frozen Prik King Green Beans. In other words, we haven't steered you wrong yet. Now, here's a new fave:
Trader Joe's pot roast.
It's moist, extra tender and tastes like you've been roasting it overnight. But the best part: All it requires is two and a half minutes in the microwave. Good stuff. (One quibble: The nutritional guide claims it serves five. At best, it serves three -- although, if we weren't dieting, I'd say Maria and I could have easily split it ourselves.)
