Boule. Cool flavors: wild honey with honey from Santa Barbara's San Marcos Farms, deeply flavored caramel and an ultra-dense Venezuelan chocolate; yuzu and lavender-apricot sorbets. 420 N. La Cienega Blvd., West Hollywood.
Bulgarini. Cool flavors: Sicilian almond gelato, cherimoya gelato and Valrhona chocolate-rum gelato, cantaloupe-Tanqueray sorbetto and espresso granita. 749 E. Altadena Drive, Altadena.

We've raved in the past about Fosselman's, Boule, Milk and Scoops... but clearly there are a few more spots we'll have to hit in the coming months.
