A reminder that the Google adbots aren't fool proof: Local sports site Sports by Brooks wrote about Los Angeles Times sports scribe Christine Daniels, who recently went public with her struggles with being transexual and her recent decision to transition from her life as the male Mike Penner.
The Google ads, which usually look for key words on sites, probably went a little overboard. As you can see, the ads on the left highlight a 'Transexual Beauty Pageant," "Feminization Guide" and something called a "Vaginoplasty Directory." Yup, that's the kind of stuff readers of a local sports-centric blog are looking for.
