Cafe Press Bans Great Los Angeles Walk T-Shirts!
Several Great Los Angeles Walkers told me on Saturday that they tried to buy a shirt (featuring the cool logo designed by Maria)... but that suddenly the shirts had vanished from our Cafe Press site.
Now I know why: Apparently the Cafe Press folk felt that the logo borrowed too heavily from Converse shoes, and that was a no-no.
Too bad. So now we're looking for perhaps a local T-shirt shop to produce a handful of shirts. We still won't make a dime off of them, so it shouldn't provoke a rise out of the fine, fine (quite lovely, actually) people at Converse.
Any of you recommend a good company that prints T-shirts? Once we get it figured out, I'll let all of you know.
