Retro Friday: "L.A. Law"

Has it really been more than 13 years since "L.A. Law" went off the air?! Here's the opening credits from the final episode... by 1994, the skyline pretty much looked then as it does now (or, did until recently). Also interesting: The "L.A. Law" logo used the California "Golden State" license plate that was only issued to cars for several months in 1987; before that, it was an optional vanity plate first introduced in 1982, but according to Calpl8s.com, retired in 1987 because it was too expensive to make.

The year stickers on the "L.A. Law" plate would change every season to keep up with the year it was telecast.
