Perhaps KNBC Might Need to Consider Comment Moderation

KNBC's website emphasizes user-generated content and interactivity, and displays comments prominently. That's fine -- but in the case of KNBC, a large chunk of those comments are less-than-flattering posts about KNBC itself. A few unfortunate highlights I found on the site this week:













Hmm... if the comments are gonna be that harsh, perhaps the station might to, oh I don't know, de-emphasize them.
