This guy's been hanging around the Sunset/Crescent Heights intersection for a while... I've seen him a few times outside of what used to be XIV.
I've seen him too at the corner of Hollywood and La Brea, usually in the mornings. I want to check out his site!
The words "Just give me your f'ing money" is MUCH more succinct and to the point.
