Art Becomes Downtown

art4

Maria and I often ask each other where we'd live if we were young, without kids and moving downtown. (It's something that usually comes up as we walk around downtown, sans kids, as we did this past Saturday.) Lately the Arts District has moved up our list, as more residences, shops and eateries move into the area. I mean, we'd gain a lot of weight being in such close proximity to The Pie Hole, but we'd be happy. (We also like the fact that Little Tokyo is within walking distance, and Spring Street wouldn't be far away either.)

One of the joys of walking around the Arts District is, well, the art, naturally. Here are just a few things that caught our eye over the weekend.
