A Taste (and Sip) of Los Angeles
Thanks to our pals Stu and Priscilla, we tagged along on Sunday as they scored tix to the final evening of the Los Angeles Times' annual Southern California culinary festival "The Taste." The last event, dubbed "Cocktail Confidential," featured a variety of L.A. mixologists, nearby wineries and liquor purveyors along with a selection of top L.A. restaurants.
Eateries included spicy fave Jitlada (a bit too spicy for everyone else in our group, just right for me), Bagatelle, Cliff's Edge, Feed Body & Soul, Takami Sushi and Robbata, The Park Restaurant, Wood & Vine and Coni'Seafood. We also tasted a variety of mix drinks, wine and tequila samples. A few pics:
