COMIC-CON: "The Walking Dead," Legos, Homer and More Scenes from This Year's San Diego Comic-Con
Whattup, Norman Reedus (and your buddy over there, Andrew Lincoln). Welcome to Comic-Con 2014. I've already shared the backstory of how we organized this year's "Greendale Forever: TV Guide Magazine's Tribute to Community" panel as well as my Thursday morning radio appearance on KROQ's "Kevin and Bean Show." Now, a few more highlights from another jam-packed, crazed five days in San Diego:
Steven Yuen, Andrew Lincoln and Norman Reedus at a Fox International Channels panel for "The Walking Dead."
Yeun and Lincoln walk into the panel.
My colleague Damian Holbrook moderates TV Guide Magazine's "Fan Favorites" panel, featuring Gwendoline Christie ("Game of Thrones"), Misha Collins ("Supernatural"), Jordan Gavaris ("Orphan Black"), Sam Heughan ("Outlander"), John Noble ("Sleepy Hollow"), Colin O’Donoghue ("Once Upon a Time"), Retta ("Parks and Recreation") and Aisha Tyler ("Archer").
Collins, Tyler and O'Donoghue on the panel.
Christie, Gavaris and Noble.
Retta, before the TV Guide Magazine panel, and Yvette Nicole Brown, right after moderating the "Once Upon a Time" panel.
One of my favorite costumes spotted at Comic-Con. Pray at the altar of Nicolas Cage.
The "Bates Motel"/Playboy party was a wee bit crowded.
Heroes in a half shell. Turtle power!
Jeff Goldsmith Can't Be Bothered.
Terminus on the Comic-Con floor.
"Good morning," Uncle Grandpa!
Lego Batcycle. Keep your hands off.
The TV Guide Magazine Comic-Con yacht, where the talent comes to play, and take photos.
The Homer Dome, which sadly I was not able to see inside -- my media visit was canceled at the last minute. But I'm sure it was cool!
Stormtroopers at the Hitfix party.
I make a new friend.
My nephews before they hit the floor.
The Aquabats were here!
Now *that* is some Cosplay.
