Both L.A. Observed and LAist.com report that foodie blog The Food Section ("All The News That's Fit To Eat") has headed out to L.A. to uncover our fine metropolis' hidden gems.
One nice find: Massimo's Delectables, which serves up some of the best gelato in town (in Culver City, of all places). On the more familiar tip, the blog also raves about Surfas' cookware store (also in Culver City), the Santa Monica Farmers' Market (sorry, still has bad connotations), and does a nice roundup on L.A.'s top burger joints.
