We've gotten one estimate so far on our mold problem (which is not above -- ours doesn't look as nasty, and it's mostly confined to the fireplace), but it breaks the bank.
So we're looking for more reputable mold removal folk out there. I'm sure some of you have had to deal with the nasty stuff -- and like us, were leery of getting scammed and paying thousands of dollars to rebuild an entire wall.
