Between the poopy sidewalks and obnoxious cell phone users (as shared by The Hollywood Machine) and the skunks of Los Feliz (the actual skunks, not the blog), Curbed L.A. proclaims Franklin Avenue (again, the street, not us) "most odiferous street in LA." Sweet.
