I'm a week late to this, but it went mostly unnoticed: The short life of Tropical Storm Fabio.
Fabio barely existed for a week in the Pacific, and never threatened to become Hurricane Fabio. Which is truly too bad, because the idea of a hurricane named "Fabio" causing mass destruction would have been too good to pass up. And talk about a missed career booster for everyone's favorite... whatever it is Fabio does ("I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" Pitchman? Get-Hit-In-The-Nose-By-A-Goose Rollercoaster Rider?).
