Thrillist's Los Angeles edition finally launches today, after a painstaking search to find a staff that could spearhead an outpost of the popular website (and daily e-mail blast) here.
According to Thrillist co-founder Ben Lerer, the email newsletter covers "food, drinks, travel, events, services, gear, gadgets and culture. Over the last year we've made a name for ourselves in NY and after a long and unpleasant search we've finally put together a team to launch Thrillist LA (which is happening on January16th)."
