The Trader Joe's Shopper
Some really great things we've discovered in the past few weeks at Trader Joe's. By far, the nicest surprise has been the Chicken Sausage with Polenta Lasagna ($3.99). The sausage is nice, but the real winner here is the polenta, which really makes this dish special. It's a decent price, and makes a great dinner for 2 (even if they claim there's a third serving).
Trader Joe's Corn and Chile Tomato-Less Salsa is a great option for people who love their salsa with a sweet kick... and with less tomato.
Then there's TJ's All-Natural Chicken, with the packaging breakthrough of the week: Individually-wrapped pieces of chicken, complete with expiration date (above).
