Memo to the Governor: No

Or, as the headline at latimes.com says: "No, No, No, No, No, No. No, No."

As the paper points out, this special election was the costliest in California's history, with more than $250 million spent by all sides on eight initiatives (four of which were Schwarzenegger's babies). Schwarzenegger himself spent $7.2 million of his own money (granted, chump change to the wealthy actor).

But what a waste. I can think of about 250 million better uses for $250 million. Moving on.
