You really can't escape it -- just drive around town, particularly on the weekends, and you'll see crews outside a home shooting some HGTV, TLC, etc. show. Or check out the housing listings -- you'll see several touting the home's brief TV exposure and resulting renovation. At least one couple we know bought a home that was once featured on "Landscapers' Challenge" -- and indeed, the driveway is made of classy cobblestone, and the backyard is nicely manicured.
Above, we recently stumbled across a garage sale in Glassell Park... but not just any old garage sale. This one was being shot for Style Network's Clean House.
As part of the sale, several StarWaggons sat on the street. Apparently it takes quite a production to shoot a garage sale!
